D&C Wood Designs is the result of a unique collaboration between a former fighter/dispatcher and a current firefighter/paramedic who joined forces in 2022 to bring their specialized skills to the world of home decor. What began as a joint project requiring the distinctive abilities of both owners evolved into a shared vision to offer premium services under one unified company. Specializing in crafting simple yet stunning home decor using wood, epoxy, and acrylic, we blend cutting-edge technology like lasers and CNC routers alongside traditional carpentry techniques. From crafting simple signs to intricate business signage, from modest end tables to grand tables fit for fire stations, our team is equipped to turn your ideas into reality. Meet Chris, a dedicated full-time 911 dispatcher with a keen interest in fire management backed by an associate's degree. When he's not at work or in his workshop, he's exploring Texas with his wife and three daughters. While woodworking wasn't his initial passion, it grew on him when he started crafting flags in 2018. From there, he ventured into creating tiered crosses and other simple wood projects. His craft evolved with the acquisition of a Laguna Wood CNC machine, enabling him to craft large signs for businesses across Texas and beyond. A year ago, he expanded his capabilities further with the purchase of an 80-watt CO2 laser, allowing him to cater to customers' desires for custom creations for their homes.

Meet Damon, a dedicated full-time Fire Lieutenant/Paramedic, proud dad, and loving husband. With a passion for meticulous craftsmanship, he excels in creating exquisite pieces of carpentry, including bookshelves, end tables, kitchen tables, and display cases. Damon has a knack for spotting the finer details and specializes in crafting high-end, top-notch items. Additionally, he's skilled in epoxy creations, recently completing a stunning table proudly stationed in a local fire station.
